2.Development of a micro-beam beamline

SPring-8 is developing RIKEN Targeted Protein beamline (BL32XU) optimized for micron-size crystals, which are currently difficult to solve. Structural analysis with crystals of less than 10 microns will be allowed by using the brilliant micro-beam. In addition, new data collection methods using the micro-beam will be also developed.
